Teaching Resources
Below are some teaching resources.
You are welcome to use these for your own learning, or as inspiration for your own teaching.
Semiconductor Nanophysics - Electronic Devices
These lectures were originally presented as guest lectures as part of the TUe Semiconductor Nanophysics Postgraduate course.
The course zips through the fundamental physics of electronic transport, into semiconductor physics, devices, and concludes with an outlook on transistor technology.
Semiconductor Nanophysics - Electronic Devices
An Introduction to Semiconductors
This course was originally taught as part of a summer school for students ages 16-17.
The purpose of the course is to give them a broad overview of the physics of semiconductors, how they can be used to create electronic devices and how these devices contribute to everyday life.
Some practical demonstrations are also included.
